Youth Fitness
The foundations for motor development, the central nervous system, and movements patterns are all cultivated when we are children. There are several critical and sensitive windows that occur during a child’s development and if the proper stimulus is present, normal development ensues. Even more importantly, we believe introduction to proper training and movement at an early age, will help kids stay healthy, develop a strong sense of self, and have fun! At the youth level, fitness should be a by-product of fun and appropriately challenging activity, not always the main goal. In doing so, it becomes a habit that will last a lifetime and be passed on to others.
The future fitness of our country depends upon the current fitness of our youth.
