The basics.

If we can establish the fitness basics in our children early, we can greatly improve their overall health, fitness, and resislience to injury later in life.

The earlier we are able to identify any potential dysfuctions in movement, motor patterns, nutritional habits, balance, coordination, or strength balances, we are able to address and redirect them with better outcomes.   Physical therapy, functional screens and medical opinions are all available, but often, the best tool is to simply spend time with kids and observe them during various tasks, which is a core coaching directive at Teamworks Fitness and CATZ.
