Chill Time is the creation of “Doc” Larry Warnock, a Harvard School of Medicine Graduate, world-renowned tigger point massage therapist and sports psychology practitioner. Chill Time has gained rave reviews from colleges, high schools and organizations from all over New England. This workshop offered various times throughout the year focuses specifically on relaxation strategies in sport and life for youth and adult clients. Attendees will learn about triggers, breathing, body and mind awareness, and several other regenerative and meditative practices that are beneficial to managing the typical busy and sometimes stressful american lifestyle.
