At Teamworks Fitness, we believe in a philosophy of identifying, and addressing the biggest issues first.  Nutritional habits and behaviors are the most common area for improvement with all of our clients.  With regard to nutrition, we use our fix the” big stuff first” philosophy by stressing and addressing pre, during and post nutrition habits.  These habits set up the rest of the day/week for our clients, and make an immediate impact on their training, and recovery from it.  Nutrient timing and quality within these critical windows are of absolute importance in our overall approach to training.
