A healthly athlete is a teams best weapon.

At Teamworks Fitness and CATZ we believe that good coaching produces two key outcomes:

  1. Improved Performance
  2. Reduced risk of injury

Our mission with our athletes is to help them achieve their performance goals, and in the process, address and reduce their risk of injury.  We understand that athletes thrive to play the game they love, and that being sidelined with injury intereferes with this goal.  By combining physical therapy, functional movement and performance screens, a network of highly skilled integrated medical practitioners, and progressive progamming, we are able to help injured atheltes get back on track, and healthy athletes stay that way.
