Paul Pierce and David Jack at the FitClub34 rally in Boston

Teamworks Sports Centers and Teamworks Fitness have partnered with Paul Pierce on his FitClub34 campaign to inspire young kids and athletes to lead active and healthy lives.  David Jack, the Fitness and Wellness Director for Teamworks, has worked directly with Paul and his foundation for the past two years to help the organization move toward their overall vision of helping kids stay fit, and have fun in the process.

This year, Teamworks Fitness, David, Paul and his staff, have come together to create the first ever Teamworks Youth Fitness Challenge.

The purpose of the challenge is to get kids excited about activity and reward them for taking action.  With the help of some really cool technology, the FitClub34 web-site and a curriculum developed by David, this is going to be some of the most fun kids have had with fitness in a long time.

Kids activity will be tracked through the FitClub34 web-site, and they will be asked to complete simple challenges and take basic physical, lifestyle and nutritional related quizzes during this 1 month challenge.  Based upon activity, and challenge scores, winners will be selected, with the top honors going to 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls, who will be David’s guest to meet Paul on one of his marketing and branding shoots on set.  Other prizes include, but are not limited to, Celts tickets, signed memorabilia, fitness equipment and TW rewards and prizes.
