Shane Davenport - Partner – Director of Performance

Shane, a graduate from Lafayette College, has been a coach with Teamworks/CATZ for over 5 years.  He started as an athlete in-training for his upcoming football season.  His own personal success through the program inspired him to join the training staff.  He brings a wealth of training knowledge and experience to the team, and works with youth, high school, college and professional athletes with a strong skill set relative to speed and power development.

Michael Craven – Partner – Performance Coach

Mike graduated at the top of his class from Springfield college with a degree in Exercise Science, and a minor in Nutrition.  Mike has been part of the team for over 3 years and has played an integral role in the development of many of our youth and adult athlete programs.  His passion and expertise are evident in his personal training style and in his approach to athletes of all abilities and ages.  Mike creates and teaches several unique training programs from Criminal Bodybuilding, to New Year, New You!

Tammy Neunighoff – Manager – Yoga Practitioner

Tammy is instrumental in organizing and managing behind the scenes at Teamworks Fitness.  She helps in scheduling, billing, customer relations and marketing.  In addition, Tammy has been  in the fitness arena for 15 years.  She is a certified personal trainer, and a Registered yoga teacher.  Tammy has a yoga video featured in Men’s Health and has worked with Paul Pierce and other recognized athletes. A tri-athlete, she trains with an elite women’s master running club.

Taylor Kruse – Performance Coach – Burdenko Master Trainer

Taylor is a master certified Burdenko Method specialist, a style that combines land and water training in a unique and highly effective manner.  It has helped athletes like Kevin McHale, Nancy Kerrigan, and Tim Duncan extend their careers in sport.  Taylor designs post rehab programs for people who wish to return to health and a lifestyle of activity.  He works with competitive athletes and active adults.
