Small Group Custom Fitness (SGC) is one of our flagship offerings at Teamworks Fitness/CATZ Sports Acton. Though we have been complimented on running very effective and fun adult group fitness, as well as our youth athlete development programs, SGC for both adults and competitive athletes is our strength.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT?
- Small client/athelte to coach ratio (4-6 max)
- Individual evaluations and customized screens
- Personal goal identification, creation and timeline planning
- Nutritional and lifestyle adaptation
- Customized, progressive training programs built with your evaluation, goal(s), and personal interests as the driver

Many of our clients blend their SGC sessions with strategic adult/athlete group classes as directed by their lead coach.
