I truly enjoy being an ambassador for the fitness industry, inspiring people to set and achieve their goals and giving them tools to do so. MSN and Rodale have partnered to create fitbie.com, an amazing new health and wellness site, that offers tons of free and valuable fitness, diet, lifestyle and wellness content. As an advisor to the site, I have the opportunity to contribute my thoughts when appropriate, as well as connect other great minds in our indsutry, giving them an opporunity to share their knowledge.
This article is a quick read, and I found it interesting how the author framed all the questions in an I always and I never format. As you read our answers, think about what you always and never do in the same categories we were asked. Be honest with yourself, and take 60 seconds to jot your stances down somewhere. Then you can decide to stay true to your beliefs, or find areas that might be worthy of some adjusting. At least you will have a foundation to realize what brings you closer to, or further away from your fitness goals. We are always moving in one direction or the other, and each decision we make, plays its part in that process.
